Finding Favor began with a belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive—regardless of age, income, or circumstance.

A story rooted in service

Our story begins with the wisdom found in the Book of Esther. In a moment of great need, Esther stepped forward, supported by her cousin Mordecai, and found favor with the king, using her voice to protect and uplift her people. Their story is one of courage, care, and quiet strength. It is this spirit that continues to inspire the work of Finding Favor.

Finding Favor, Inc. walks alongside families, seniors, and essential workers in affordable and workforce housing communities, helping create places of belonging, support, and hope.
