Beginning as a curated showcase
The first phase will focus on helping residents share approved items without requiring them to manage a complex online store. Community staff will be able to help with photos, descriptions, availability, and inquiries.
Once participation and operations are proven, the platform can grow toward inventory, checkout, local pickup, shipping, seller payouts, and order management.
